Important

You can report, anonymously or not, any behavior or situation contrary to our code of conduct or to applicable laws and regulations:

  • of which you have personal knowledge,
  • or which you have witnessed.

Your report must be made without financial consideration and in good faith.

If you choose to identify yourself, we will not disclose your identity to the persons to whom your report relates, unless you expressly authorize us to do so. Only those persons who need to know your identity for the purposes of the investigation and who are under an obligation of confidentiality will have access to it. Every effort will be made to limit the number of such persons.

If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be passed on to Mistral AI.

1. Can I submit an anonymous report?

Yes, a report can be made anonymously. In this case, Mistral AI will not know your identity.

However, if you choose to remain anonymous, we recommend that you provide us with a very detailed description of the facts reported, to enable us to process your alert efficiently. Indeed, it may be more difficult to verify the facts reported when the alert is made anonymously.

2. How is the validity of my alert assessed?

In accordance with applicable law, the validity of your alert will be assessed according to the following criteria:

  • Are the facts or events reported contrary to the law, regulations or Mistral AI's code of conduct?
  • Are the facts or events reported described in sufficient detail?
  • Was the report made in good faith and without direct financial consideration?

3. What happens once my alert has been sent?

Once your report has been sent, the platform generates a unique password which you must keep in order to track your report and access the secure messaging system from the home page. If you do not keep this password, you will no longer be able to access your secure messaging system, and the investigation into your report may be unsuccessful.

You will also receive a notification :

  • confirming that your report has been received, within 7 working days; and
  • of the measures taken or initiated to assess the accuracy of the allegations and, if necessary, to correct the subject of the report, within a maximum of 3 months from acknowledgement of receipt of your report.

The time taken to process your report may vary depending on the complexity of the facts or events reported and the evidence you provide.
